All of us have stressful times in our lives when we need a little extra help to get through. We are here to provide that help.

We are a small, professional team of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists based in Petersfield, Hampshire which is ideally placed for clients in South Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.

Our training and experience means we can quickly understand and assess the difficulties you may be going through and provide one of the following types of therapy to help: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy or Counselling. These therapies help you to develop different ways of thinking and new coping skills.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend appointments.
